Regarding surgery, June 15th, 2009, to remove a cancerous tumor from my right hip. They did a skin graft 01-13-2010 and only kept me in the hospital 1 day! Praise the Lord! Only one third of the skin graft took, the rest had to be removed! Now I have two sore places on my right leg, one in the incision where they removed the tumor and the other where they got the skin for the graft! We have stopped using the wound vac. I went back to the Doctor on 3-16-2010 and one sore place has healed and the other is showing real signs of healing. Update 6/24/10: The incision is slowly covering with new skin and will be completely healed in a few weeks? So far the cat scan shows no sign of the cancer returning! Praise the Lord!
